Gendai Agency Acquires Own Shares Through ToSTNeT-3

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – GENDAI AGENCY INC. (2411.T) completed the acquisition of its own shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system on July 21, 2026.

According to the company's announcement, a total of 326,000 ordinary shares were acquired based on the agreement price of ¥150.0 million. The decision to acquire these shares was made during a board meeting held on July 17, 2026. The resolution included acquiring up to 700,000 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 6.36% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock.

The total value of the share acquisitions was capped at ¥350 million. The acquisition period runs from July 21, 2026 until March 24, 2027, and the method of acquisition includes purchases through the ToSTNeT-3 system as well as open-market transactions. CEO Katsutoshi Oshima stated that the company remains committed to enhancing shareholder value through strategic capital management initiatives.
