Gecoss Announces Shareholder Benefits Program Details for 2027

TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – GECOSS Corporation (9991.T) announced detailed plans for its shareholder benefits program set to begin in March 2027. Under the program, shareholders holding one unit (100 shares) or more continuously for at least one year will receive digital gifts via giftee Box® or metal products made in Niigata Prefecture's Nagaoka-Shiojiri region.

Points awarded range from 2,000 to 15,000 based on shareholding duration and quantity. For example, shareholders who hold their shares for more than three years and own between 100 and 499 shares will receive 10,000 points, while those with holdings of 1,000 shares or more will get 15,000 points. Additionally, shareholders will have the opportunity to enter lotteries for tickets to Kabuki performances, Giants baseball games, and Tigers baseball games.

Winners will be drawn from entries submitted according to shareholding criteria. Detailed application procedures and deadlines will be communicated through materials sent out in June. As a special commemorative gift, shareholders who meet the criteria for the initial benefit period in March 2027 will also receive a custom-built construction equipment model kit.

Distribution is scheduled for October 2027.
