Garden Expands Shareholder Benefits Program
TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Garden CO.,LTD. (274A.T) announced today that it has decided to expand its shareholder benefits program during a board meeting held on July 14.
The expansion includes offering shareholders the choice between traditional meal vouchers or digital gift points worth approximately ¥1,000 per point through the Digital Plus Group's "Digital Gift®" service. Previously, the company offered meal vouchers based on the number of shares held and the duration of shareholding. Under the revised plan, shareholders holding between 100 and 200 shares who have held their shares for more than six months will now receive either one meal voucher annually or ¥1,000 points of Digital Gift® annually. Similarly, those holding between 200 and 400 shares will get two meal vouchers annually or ¥2,000 points of Digital Gift® annually. Shareholders with 400 shares or more will receive three meal vouchers annually or ¥3,000 points of Digital Gift® annually.
Shareholders who do not select Digital Gift® within a designated period will continue to receive meal vouchers as usual. Detailed instructions on how to choose between the options will be sent out in early November. The updated program will apply to shareholders recorded in the company’s register as of August 31, 2026, with gifts scheduled for delivery in November 2026. Going forward, Garden CO.,LTD. plans to prioritize dialogue with its shareholders and enhance its attractive shareholder benefit programs while striving to improve corporate value.
