Gamewith Selects New Board Candidates Ahead of Aug 26 Shareholder Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Gamewith,inc. (6552.T) announced today that its board of directors has approved the nomination of candidates for the position of director ahead of the company's 13th regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for August 26, 2026.

The nominees include: - Takuya Imaizumi, currently serving as President and Representative Director, who will continue in his role. - Hideyuki Yoshiki, currently a Director and Executive Officer, who will retain his positions. - Kaoru Kuroda, currently a Director and Executive Officer, who will also remain in his roles. - Tomoyuki Takechi, an external Director, will continue in his capacity. - Hirokazu Hamamura, another external Director, will maintain his position.

- Norinobu Ohashi, an external Director, will also stay in his role.
