Futaba Industrial Introduces Shareholder Benefits Program Starting July 30

– Futaba Industrial CO.,LTD. (7241.NG) introduced a shareholder benefits program aimed at enhancing investment appeal and encouraging long-term shareholding.

The program was approved during the board meeting held. Under the initial phase, shareholders holding 100 shares or more as of September 30, 2026, will receive a uniform benefit of ¥1,000 points worth of QUO cards. In subsequent years, the benefits will vary based on the duration of shareholding and the number of shares held: - For shareholders who hold 100 to less than 500 shares continuously for one to three years, they will receive ¥1,000 points worth of QUO cards. - Those holding 500 shares or more for one to three years will get ¥2,000 points worth of QUO cards.

- Shareholders maintaining holdings of 100 to less than 500 shares for more than three years will receive ¥2,000 points worth of QUO cards. - Holders of 500 shares or more for more than three years will be awarded ¥3,000 points worth of QUO cards. Shareholders whose stock count drops below 100 shares during their holding period will not qualify for extended benefits. Additionally, changes in shareholder identification numbers will invalidate continuous holding status.
