Fuller Secures Major EC Site Development Contracts

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Fuller,inc. (387A.T) announced the signing of two major contracts related to the development and renewal of an e-commerce site operated by a subsidiary of an undisclosed customer group.

Under Contract ①, the company will undertake the construction of an EC site and system for a fee of ¥389 million. The contract duration spans from July 31, 2026, to February 29, 2028.

Under Contract ②, Fuller will develop a business system associated with ECSite Un'Ei from July 31, 2026, to June 30, 2027, for a fee of ¥99 million. These projects are expected to contribute to revenue recognition gradually during the fiscal years ending June 2027 and June 2028.

The company plans to disclose its revised full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2027, incorporating the impact of these contracts, on August 12, 2026.
