Fukuda Denshi Appoints New Board Members Post Annual Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Fukuda Denshi CO.,LTD. (6960.T) announced changes to its board of directors and audit committee members following the conclusion of its 79th regular shareholders' meeting held on June 26.

The newly appointed executives include Shiroi Daisaburo as President and Representative Director, Osamu Kokawa as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Kazuo Kunagi as Executive Vice President and Head of Sales Department, Naoki Hisano as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs Office, Shoichi Fukuda as Special Mission Director, Masami Sugiyama as Director, Ichikuni Kurayoshi as Director, Kuhiro Kouta as Director, Keiko Abe as Director, and Masaru Fukuda as Director. Additionally, the company's audit committee now comprises Yoshihiro Otagaki as Regular Auditor, Noboru Hiiragi as Auditor, and Hisashi Fujido as Auditor.

These appointments took effect immediately following the respective meetings.
