Fujitsu Appoints Directors to Nomination and Remuneration Committees
TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Fujitsu Limited (6702.NG) announced today that its board of directors has appointed members to the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. For the Nomination Committee, Chairman Kazuhiro Sasaki and member Kaeko Goryou were reappointed, while Kunao Suzuki was newly appointed as a committee member.
In the Remuneration Committee, Byron Gil was reappointed as chairman, and members Takuya Hirano and Izumi Kobayashi were also reappointed. The committees were established in October 2009 to ensure transparency and objectivity in the nomination process and remuneration decisions.
