FUJI Corporation REVISES FY27 FORECAST AFTER MATERIAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SUPPLY CHAIN
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Fuji Corporation Limited (8860.T) revised its fiscal year 2027 (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) consolidated forecast due to significant improvements in supply chain conditions. Previously marked as “undetermined,” the company now provides estimates based on available data indicating reduced risks to housing deliveries.
According to the latest figures, Fuji expects consolidated revenue of ¥145.0 billion, operating profit of ¥9.100 billion, ordinary profit of ¥7 billion, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders of ¥4.600 billion, with earnings per share of ¥128.6 million. These projections reflect a turnaround from previous uncertainties linked to geopolitical tensions affecting building materials supplies.
The revision comes after observing positive trends in material availability and procurement environments, which have alleviated potential disruptions to residential handovers during the fiscal year. However, Fuji maintains ongoing monitoring of future developments, particularly concerning material supply dynamics and international situations, which could necessitate further adjustments to forecasts.
Detailed analysis supporting these revisions is included in the company’s recently released quarterly earnings presentation materials for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026.
