Fisco Sees Major Shareholder Change and Caps Business Alliance With CAICA DIGITAL
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Fisco Ltd. (3807.T) reported a significant shift in major shareholders due to a share transaction involving CAICA DIGITAL.
As a result, CAICA DIGITAL, which now holds 110,518 shares (24.1%), becomes the top shareholder. Previously, JN Group held 108,545 shares (23.7%). Additionally, Fisco signed a memorandum with CAICA DIGITAL to strengthen their capital and business alliance, focusing on integrating Fisco's financial information distribution and enterprise analysis capabilities with CAICA's AI-driven solutions. The move does not impact Fisco’s December 2026 fiscal outlook. CAICA DIGITAL, headquartered in Tokyo, Minato Ku Minamiaoyama Go Choume, was established in 1989 and currently owns 24.1% of Fisco's shares.
Its capital stands at ¥100 million. Key stakeholders include High Voltage Capital (1.9%) and SBI Securities Co. Ltd. (1.4%). The enhanced collaboration includes joint marketing of new products, software development, and research on investment screening using generative AI technology.
The agreement also clarifies previous areas of cooperation, such as cryptocurrency integration, aligning with Fisco's evolving business strategy.
