The group's subsidiary, D&Q JEWELLRY Co., Ltd., underwent tax audits from 2021 to 2024, leading to revised filings and additional payments based on tax authorities’ interpretations of transfer pricing regulations. As a result, the company recorded an adjustment of ¥63 million for the period. In response to these developments, Festaria Holdings is actively working towards resolving potential issues of double taxation through discussions with Japanese tax authorities, considering bilateral tax treaties.
