FCE to Launch New AI-Focused Subsidiary in October 2026

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – FCE Inc. (9564.T) announced plans to establish a new subsidiary focused on artificial intelligence (AI) related businesses.

The decision was made during a board meeting held. The new entity, named FCÊ AIX Co., Ltd., will aim to capitalize on rapid advancements in AI technology and address evolving societal challenges. FCÊ AIX will operate independently with a capital of ¥9.9 million. It is scheduled to commence operations in October 2026, with FCE Inc. holding 100% of the shares.

The primary objectives include fostering strategic partnerships and investments in AI startups, enabling swift decision-making, and launching innovative projects without being constrained by traditional methods. The new subsidiary's headquarters will be located at Tokyo, Shinjuku Ku Nishishinjuku Ni Choume 4-1. Key leadership roles will be filled by President Shunetsugu Ishikawa and CEO Yukihisa Oue. FCE Inc.'s president will also serve as chairman of FCÊ AIX’s board. In addition to enhancing operational flexibility and accelerating new ventures, the establishment of FCÊ AIX aligns with FCE Inc.’s mission to create a future brimming with opportunities through innovation.
