Exmotion Launches Shareholder Privilege Program

TOKYO, Jul 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Exmotion CO.,LTD. (4394.T) announced the establishment of a shareholder privilege program aimed at increasing investment appeal and encouraging long-term shareholding.

The program targets shareholders holding at least 100 shares as of November 30 annually. Each eligible shareholder will receive digital gifts worth ¥1,500, which can be redeemed through various electronic money options such as Amazon Gift Cards, Edy Gift IDs, QUO Card Pay, and more via a dedicated website.

The privileges will be sent out in late February each year, enclosed with notices related to the annual general meeting. The program will commence for shareholders recorded in the company's registry as of November 30, 2026, with the initial distribution scheduled for February 2027.

In addition, the company stated that any changes or discontinuation of the program would be promptly disclosed.
