ERI Holdings to Amend Articles of Incorporation at Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – ERI Holdings CO.,LTD. (6083.T) announced plans to amend its articles of incorporation at its upcoming shareholders’ meeting scheduled for July 21, 2026.

The amendments aim to expand the company’s operational scope and enhance flexibility in business deployment.
