Eole Begins Purchase of Digital Asset Hyperliquid Following Funding Purpose Change
TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – eole Inc. (2334.T) announced on July 28 that it had commenced purchasing the digital asset Hyperliquid (HYPE).
As part of a funding purpose modification disclosed on July 16, the company plans to acquire approximately ¥100 million worth of HYPE by the end of August. On July 28, eole purchased 1,078. units of HYPE at an average price of ¥9,352. The total planned purchase amount is expected to reach ¥10.1 million.
In a statement, CEO Satoshi Takano explained that the acquisition aligns with the company's vision of promoting Agentic Commerce, which involves AI-driven economic activities. The move reflects eole’s strategy to diversify its digital asset portfolio beyond Bitcoin, positioning HYPE as a strategic investment aimed at enhancing the infrastructure for future economic systems based on blockchain technology. Looking ahead, eole intends to explore various operational strategies such as staking and governance participation to maximize returns while ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
