Enjin Selects New Board Members for Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Enjin CO.,LTD. (7370.T) announced the selection of three directors and three audit committee members who will be presented for approval at its 20th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026.

All current directors’ terms will expire upon the conclusion of the meeting. The nominated directors are: Honda Kouichi, CEO and COO; Hirata Yuuji, CSO; and Kikukawa Rei, an independent external director. The proposed audit committee members are Kudo Ryuunosuke, Yoshida Yoshihiro, and Inaba Yuichi, also independent external directors. Inaba Yuichi, born on April 29, 1968, brings extensive experience in advertising and multiple startup ventures.

He was appointed chairman of Headwaters Corporation in May 2026 and previously held leadership roles at several companies since joining Dentsu Tech in 2001. His deep industry knowledge and executive expertise are expected to enhance Enjin’s governance and transparency. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming meeting on August 27, 2026. Post-meeting, the board structure will remain unchanged with Honda Kouichi continuing as CEO and COO.
