En Announces Board Candidates for Annual Meeting

TOKYO, May 22 (Pulse News Wire) – en Inc. (4849.T) announced today that its board of directors has determined candidates for the upcoming 26th regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.

The nominees include current executives such as Chairman and President Motoatsu Ochi, Executive Director Jun Nakajima, and outside director Yuri Hayashi, who will all seek reappointment. New nominee Rikako Onishi, also an outside director, will join the board.

In addition, the company confirmed the candidates for audit committee members, which includes Taishke Igaki, Shunhiko Ishikawa, and Takeshi Nishikawa, all seeking reappointment. Rikako Onishi brings extensive experience to the board, having served as president of Costra since October 2002 and currently holding positions at several companies including Keystone Partners and Mercuryia Holdings.
