Eltes Reports Record Revenue and Profits for FY2026

TOKYO, May 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Eltes CO.,LTD. (3967.T) reported record revenue and profits for the fiscal year ended February 2026.

Revenue reached ¥8.958 billion while EBITDA was ¥923 million. Operating profit stood at ¥431 million, ordinary profit at ¥346 million, and net profit at --¥168 million. Despite surpassing initial forecasts, net profit was impacted by one-time losses related to digital transformation initiatives. Segment-wise, the digital risk management division struggled with new case accumulation but managed to execute growth investments ahead of schedule.

AI security and smart city segments contributed significantly through major events and real estate transactions. However, the digital transformation division's profitability improved in the fourth quarter, reversing previous losses. For FY2027, the company plans conservative budgets across all divisions, focusing on cost improvements and strategic investments. Eltes also confirmed ongoing discussions for potential carve-outs of non-core businesses, prioritizing the digital transformation division followed by smart city operations.

Additionally, the firm detailed office relocation costs expected in FY2027 due to lease expiration in August 2026, aiming to reduce long-term expenses despite temporary increases.
