EIZO Announces Organizational Changes and Executive Appointments

– EIZO Corporation (6737.T) announced organizational changes and executive appointments effective October 1, 2026. The company will introduce a business unit system to enhance operational efficiency and customer relationships.

New units will focus on product development, global sales, marketing, and business operations, while also establishing a Customer Relations Promotion Department to improve communication with customers. Additionally, several executives will take on new roles, including Shoji Masataka moving from Development Director to Global Sales, Marketing & Business Operations, and Honda Hideyuki becoming Healthcare BU Head. Effective October 1, 2026, EIZO will implement a series of organizational reforms aimed at enhancing operational flexibility and customer engagement. Key changes include the introduction of a business unit (BU) system, which consolidates planning functions and technology portfolio management across various markets.

Each BU will operate autonomously under direct presidential oversight, empowering BU leaders with revenue responsibility and decision-making authority to respond swiftly to market dynamics and drive sustainable growth. Moreover, the company will establish a new Global Sales, Marketing & Business Operations department, reorganizing overseas sales efforts to manage international sales and subsidiaries more effectively. This move seeks to unify strategic alignment between headquarters and overseas branches, bolstering global execution capabilities and fostering sustained growth in international operations. In parallel, EIZO will create a Customer Relations Promotion Department, independent from the Planning Department, to transform technical and product information into market value through enhanced customer interactions.

This initiative aims to deepen customer understanding and address market needs, thereby strengthening customer touchpoints and overall market presence.
