Eat&Holdings Forms Strategic Partnership With Advantedge Partners

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Eat&holdings Co.,ltd (2882.T) announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Advantedge Partners, effective August 3, 2026. The partnership aims to enhance the company's operational efficiency and support its growth strategy across food service and manufacturing sectors.

Under the agreement, Advantedge Partners will provide comprehensive advisory services focusing on various aspects such as management system optimization, talent recruitment, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvement measures. Specifically, the partnership includes support in areas like enhancing human resource systems, establishing high-revenue models for frozen food products, and improving existing store profitability within the restaurant sector. Advantedge Partners, established in December 1992, brings extensive experience in providing strategic advice to multiple listed companies.

It currently holds a capital of ¥48.9 million. The partnership also involves issuing the ninth tranche of subscription warrants to funds backed by Advantedge Partners. This collaboration is expected to contribute to EAT&HOLDINGS' efforts in achieving sustainable growth and maximizing shareholder value amid challenging market conditions characterized by demographic shifts and rising costs.
