Dvx updates on controlling shareholder status of affiliate

TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – DVx Inc. (3079.T) disclosed details regarding the controlling shareholder status of its affiliated company, Kōtsūshō ().

As of March 31, 2026, Kōtsūshō holds 29.87% of the voting rights through direct holdings and consolidated holdings. Kōtsūshō does not directly hold shares in DVx Inc. but exerts significant influence due to its relationship with joint holders such as Kōtsūshō Co., Ltd., UH6 Co., Ltd., UH Partners 2 Investment Limited Partnership, Kōtsūshō KK Investment Limited Partnership, ESLR Investment Limited Partnership, and UH Partners 3 Investment Limited Partnership. Despite this, there are no operational transactions or shared personnel between DVx Inc.
