Drecom Reports Key Transactions with Major Shareholder Bandai Namco Holdings

TOKYO, Jun 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Drecom CO.,LTD. (3793.T) disclosed key transactions with its major shareholder, Bandai Namco Holdings, for the fiscal year ending March 31, March 31, 2026.

Bandai Namco Holdings, which owns 18.80% of Drecom's voting rights, reported total transaction amounts of April 01, 2025 and March 31, 2026 totaling ¥491 million and ¥962 million respectively. The transactions included development costs, operational expenses, and revenue from managed services related to online games and game distribution.

Regarding the relationship between the two companies, Drecom stated there are no personal relationships between their executives and no constraints hindering free business activities. The company emphasized that independent decision-making processes ensure a certain level of autonomy within the group structure.

In addition, Drecom confirmed that all transactions with Bandai Namco Holdings adhere to fair and reasonable conditions consistent with those applied to general trading partners.
