DLE Extends Fund Contract Term, Plans Early Dissolution

TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – DLE Inc. (3686.T) resolved at its board meeting held on June 29, 2026 to extend the contract term of the JAIC-DLE Anime IP Business Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) managed by Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd.

Until July 09, 2025. As a result, the fund will dissolve early on July 09, 2025. The decision was made following discussions with Japan Asia Investment, which concluded that changing the contract duration and dissolving the fund earlier would be appropriate considering the overall operational status.

However, the business collaboration agreement signed with Japan Asia Investment on July 9, 2025, remains unaffected.
