DKK Announces Board Changes; New Auditor Appointed

TOKYO, May 29 (Pulse News Wire) – DKK CO.,LTD. (6706.T) announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting held on May 29.

The appointments are scheduled to be finalized at the company's 100th annual general meeting on June 26. The key changes include the appointment of Chou Yuichi as a new auditor candidate, replacing Funabashi Nobuo who is set to retire.

Both decisions have been approved by the audit committee. Additionally, Nogami Keiji will remain as the non-reappointed auditor, while Chou Yuichi will take up his new role as auditor.

Non-reappointed external auditors include Satofuri and Ai Kashi.
