Digitalcube to Move Headquarters to Kobe City Effective Oct 1, 2026

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Digitalcube Co.ltd. (263A.T) announced plans to relocate its headquarters to a new location within Kobe City effective October 1, 2026.

The move comes due to the impending closure of the current office building owned by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Land Development Co., Ltd., necessitating a search for alternative premises nearby. The new headquarters will be situated at 6-7 Minatomachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe City, located in the Kobe Motomachi Union Building.

According to the company, the chosen site offers similar convenience and space requirements as the existing facility. Regarding the impact on operations, DigitalCube stated that relocation expenses would have a minor effect on the fiscal year ending December 2026. Any significant developments related to this transition will be communicated promptly.

Notably, while the physical address changes, there will be no alteration to the legal registered office address as per the company's articles of incorporation.
