Digital Garage Names New Executives Following Board Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Digital Garage,inc. (4819.T) announced changes in executive roles following the board meeting held .

Lin Ikuro, currently serving as Representative Director, President, and Group CEO, will continue in his role overseeing Execution and Settlement. Additionally, Keizo Odori, Executive Vice President and COO of DG Financial Technology Co., Ltd., will retain his position as Deputy President and CEO.

Meanwhile, Hiromu Moriyama, who was previously responsible for Future Business Creation, will now serve as Deputy President and CFO/CFO*. Shiroshi Shinohara, Senior Executive Vice President, will focus on Platform Strategy.
