TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – Dentas CO.,LTD. (6174.T) announced that its subsidiary, Ionic Corporation, has decided to acquire manufacturing tooling for the new KISSYOU toothbrush model (model number: Theta).

The acquisition aims to enhance competitiveness and expand sales of the flagship product. Key details include: - Asset description: Production mold for the new KISSYOU toothbrush (model number: Theta) - Cost: ¥32.7 million (including consumption tax) - Payment method: Self-funded installment payments (initial payment of ５０% yen upon commencement, final payment of ５０% yen upon inspection) - Installation location: Tochigi, Nasushiobara Shi Takabayashi Ji Kan Kawanishi-20 within the Nasu-Harauzu Factory The supplier, located at Tokyo, Itabashi Ku Higashizaka Shita 1-7-13, was established in May 1964 and has a capital of ¥30 million.

It specializes in mold design, production, and sales among other services. Scheduled operation start is set for November 2026.
