TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Dear Life CO.,LTD. (3245.T) announced today the acquisition of a revenue-generating property located near the Sakurauezu station on the Keio Line.
The property offers convenient access to major stations such as Shinjuku and Shibuya within 15 minutes, making it highly accessible and well-suited for residential purposes. The acquired property, tentatively named DeLCCS Sakurauezu, spans 657.96 square meters (199.03 tsubo) and consists of a reinforced concrete structure with three floors. It is situated in a tranquil neighborhood featuring the Sakurauezu shopping street and large supermarkets, while also maintaining a lively student atmosphere due to its proximity to Japan University's Faculty of Humanities. Following the acquisition, Dear Life plans to enhance the property through interior and exterior renovations, equipment upgrades, and lease optimization to ensure stable income generation.
Regarding financing, the company utilized its own funds along with loans from financial institutions. There are no significant capital, personal, or transactional relationships between Dear Life and the seller.
