TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (8976.T) announced today that it has requested a downgrade of its credit rating from R&I, the Japan Credit Rating Investment Information Service Co., Ltd. The current rating is AA-, with a stable outlook.

The request follows a comprehensive evaluation of the costs and benefits associated with maintaining the existing rating.
