Daikokuya Holdings Launches Shareholder Privilege Program

TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Daikokuya Holdings CO.,LTD. (6993.T) announced the introduction of a shareholder privilege program aimed at enhancing investment appeal and encouraging long-term shareholding.

The program targets shareholders holding 10 units (1,000) or more of the company's shares as of both September 30, 2026, and March 31, 2027, March 31, 2027 September 30, 2026. Under the new scheme, eligible shareholders will receive discount vouchers worth ¥3,000 for purchases and sales at the company’s stores.

Detailed implementation methods will be communicated via the company’s homepage closer to the program launch date. In case of any changes to the program, the company pledges to promptly inform shareholders.
