TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Daikoku Denki CO.,LTD. (6430.NG) resolved at its June 30 board meeting to acquire the hotel building and associated facilities operated by Kintetsu-Toho Hotels under the name "Toho Hotel Gifu Nagaragawa." The acquisition aims to leverage Daikoku Denki's expertise in AI, IoT, and audiovisual technologies to create new entertainment experiences while maintaining the hotel’s established customer base and brand value.
The property consists of a 192-room hotel located at 1-2 Nagaragawa Riverbank, Gifu Prefecture, covering approximately 34030.53 square meters with a steel-reinforced concrete structure spanning underground level 1 to floor 11. Daikoku Denki anticipates the impact on its fiscal 2027 consolidated earnings forecast to be minor but commits to disclosing any future developments promptly.
