Daidoh Appoints New Board Members for Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, May 26 (Pulse News Wire) – DAIDOH LIMITED (3205.T) announced today that its board of directors, held, resolved to appoint seven candidates for the position of director, effective upon the conclusion of the company's 103rd regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026. All seven incumbent directors will complete their terms on that same day.
