The total number of shares and the overall amount were adjusted due to changes in membership. Originally planned to issue 360,582 ordinary shares, the company now issues 570,570 shares per share price of ¥2,700. The total issuance value was adjusted from ¥1.541 billion to ¥973.6 million.
The distribution method remains unchanged, utilizing the allotment to a third party approach.
