TOKYO, Mar 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Cyberdyne,inc. (7779.T) announced today that it has concluded a revised contract related to its participation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Strategic Innovation Program (SIP).
The initial contract was disclosed on December 04, 2024, concerning the project titled “Construction of a Smart Mobility Platform” within the SIP's third phase. Under the revised agreement, the scope of work extends until March 31, 2028, from the previous end date of March 31, 2026.
Additionally, the total budget for the research and development activities increased from ¥100 million during the fiscal years 2024 through 2025 to ¥115 million covering the extended period up to 2027. This adjustment reflects changes in the overall budget allocation for the entire project.
The company anticipates revenue of ¥59 million in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, based on the Human-Cyber-Physical Space (HCPS) initiative aimed at redesigning vehicles and infrastructure requirements.
