Cuorips Secures Insurance Reimbursement for RiHeart Stem Cell Therapy

TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Cuorips Inc. (4894.T) secured insurance reimbursement for its RiHeart stem cell therapy during the Central Social Health Insurance Council meeting held today.

The therapy, which received conditional manufacturing approval on March 6, 2026, is aimed at treating severe heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy unresponsive to conventional treatments. The approved reimbursement price is ¥53.2 million.

The product uses a cost-based pricing method with a marketability adjustment factor of 10% and a coefficient of 1.0. Sales are expected to commence in September 2026 following the official notice.

The impact on the company's fiscal year 2027 consolidated performance will be assessed and communicated promptly once evaluated.
