CREO Reports Strong Revenue Growth, Increases Dividend

TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Creo CO.,LTD. (9698.T) reported strong revenue growth for the fiscal year ended March 2026, driven primarily by its Solution Services division.

Consolidated revenue reached ¥15.944 billion, up 3.2% from the previous year. Operating profit increased by 5.7%, reaching ¥1.194 billion, while net profit grew 15.9% to ¥807 million. The Solution Services division saw robust performance, contributing significantly to overall results. Revenue climbed 5.6% to ¥903 million, with operating profit rising 12.9% to ¥1.019 billion. Key factors included stable growth in stock services such as ZeeM and related products, along with consistent demand from major clients like LINE Yahoo Group.

In contrast, the Outsourcing Development division experienced a decline in revenue due to the completion of large-scale projects. Despite a decrease in sales, profitability improved slightly, with operating profit falling just 0.5%. Meanwhile, System Operations & Services recorded a 6.5% increase in revenue to ¥2.165 billion, bolstered by stronger client relationships and larger transaction volumes. Support Services faced challenges, seeing a drop in both revenue and profits due to customer consolidation efforts and the conclusion of significant support projects. Additionally, CREO announced an enhanced dividend plan for the fiscal year ending March 2026, increasing the annual payout per share to ¥55 from the initial plan.

This marks nine consecutive years of dividend hikes.
