Creal Announces Completion of First Fund Formation in July 2026

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – CREAL Inc. (2998.T) announced the completion of the formation of its first fund in July 2026 through its online real estate crowdfunding marketplace 'CREAL'.

The fund, named the 145th Osaka Kitahama Hotel Fund, raised a total amount of ¥3.423 billion, with bank financing contributing ¥3.790 billion. The Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) reached ¥7.213 billion, and the expected annual yield stands at 7.4%. The fund's projected operational period spans from July 31, 2026, to July 31, 2029.

As of July 2026, CREAL had successfully completed the repayment of 120 funds without any principal losses. In addition, CREAL reported a steady increase in investor numbers, reaching 145,413 investors as of July 2027. Compared to June 2026, the number of monthly active investors increased by 22.8%, while the cumulative number of investors grew by 132.2% compared to the same month last year.

CREAL continues to operate three main services aimed at transforming real estate investment and society: the online real estate fund marketplace 'CREAL', personal real estate investment service 'CREAL PB', and institutional investor-focused asset management service 'CREAL PRO'.
