COTA to Hold Continuation Meeting After Annual Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Cota CO.,LTD. (4923.T) announced that it will hold a continuation meeting following its 47th annual shareholders’ meeting.

The continuation meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM (check-in starts at 10:00 AM). It will take place at the Uji City Cultural Center's Small Hall located at Kyoto, Uji Shi Orii Dai 1-1, Uji City. At the annual meeting held on June 19, 2026, shareholders approved the proposal to convene the continuation meeting to report on the fiscal year business operations and financial statements.

The agenda includes presenting the results of the 47th fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Shareholders who attended the annual meeting and exercised their voting rights will also be eligible to attend the continuation meeting.
