Cosmos Pharmaceutical Announces New Board Candidates for Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Cosmos Pharmaceutical Corporation (3349.T) announced today that it has finalized candidates for the upcoming 44th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 03, 2026. The board members' roles will be officially determined during the subsequent board meeting held on the same day, following their selection as directors at the shareholders’ meeting.
