TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Consec Corporation (9895.T) confirmed changes in major shareholders and controlling shareholder status effective July 2, 2026. According to filings submitted to the China Financial Bureau, Shizuka Hidetoshi ceased being a major shareholder and controlling shareholder, while his brother, Shizuka Kosaku, assumed those roles.
Prior to the change, Shizuka Hidetoshi held 2,020 voting rights shares, representing approximately 1.01%. Following the shift, Shizuka Kosaku now holds 2,020,000 shares, maintaining the top position among major shareholders.
As of March 31, 2026, the total number of outstanding shares was 202,000,000, with 1,010,000 shares excluded due to lack of voting rights. No significant outlook changes are anticipated based on these updates.
