Comsys Holdings Changes Subsidiary Name to HOKUWANEX

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – COMSYS Holdings Corporation (1721.T) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hokuriku Denwa Kouji Co., Ltd. will change its name to HOKUWANEX Co., Ltd.

(HOKUWANEX). The decision was made during a board meeting held on August 07, 2026. The name change is contingent upon approval at a special shareholders’ meeting scheduled for later this month. Founded in November 1949, Hokuriku Denwa Kouji has been providing electrical communication equipment construction services since 1954. With a capital of ¥450 million, the company has played a pivotal role in building and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure across the region.

In recent years, evolving social environments and advancements in ICT have led to more diverse and sophisticated customer needs. To address these changes, the company plans to expand its service offerings and diversify its value proposition, aiming to enhance its corporate value and achieve further growth. The new name, effective October 01, 2026, reflects the company's commitment to innovation and expansion. As part of this transition, COMSYS Holdings will update its reporting segments. Starting from the third quarter of fiscal year 2027, the “Hokuriku Denwa Kouji Group” will be renamed to the “HOKUWANEX Group.”.
