TOKYO, May 22 (Pulse News Wire) – 3739.T announced today that its board of directors has appointed Lee Seung Hyun as a new director effective June 23, 2026. The appointment is subject to approval at the upcoming 35th annual shareholders meeting scheduled for the same day.
Lee brings extensive experience in strategic planning and global operations. He served as CFO and director at Technoblood Korea from January 2016 until his recent role as head of the Strategic Planning Office at YJM Games and CEO of YJM Games Japan since May 2018.
Prior to joining Technoblood Korea, he held leadership positions at various companies including Nexon Korea and Ubifun Corporation. Lee's appointment underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its executive team with seasoned professionals who possess deep industry expertise.
