Commerce One Holdings Authorises 45 Million Yen Buyback

Commerce One has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 45 Million Yen (0.7% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from May 25, 2026 through November 12, 2026. Acquisitions will be conducted via discretionary-mandate purchases through a trust.

Commerce One cited enhancing shareholder value as the rationale for the action.
