Chimney Appoints New Board Members and Executives

TOKYO, Jun 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Chimney CO.,LTD. (3178.T) announced changes to its board of directors and executive management team following the 18th regular shareholders' meeting and extraordinary board meeting held.

The newly appointed members of the board of directors include Akira Tsuda as President and Representative Director, Hideyasu Yamuchi as Chairman, and Koshi Abe among others. Independent outside directors are Kenju Ooka and Naokazu Nagayama. The supervisory board now consists of Masajiro Nagaie as permanent auditor and Shinsho Kocho as independent external auditor.
