Cellseed Reports June Exercise Status of 25th Warrant Issue

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – CellSeed Inc. (7776.T) reported the exercise status of its 25th warrant issue for June 2026.

The warrants, which were issued on December 8, 2025, saw a total of 158,800 shares delivered during the month. A total of 1,588 warrants were exercised out of the initial issuance of 86,000 warrants, representing an exercise ratio of 1.84%. As of the end of June, there were 39,472 unexercised warrants remaining. Detailed exercise activity throughout June included significant transactions on several days. On June 5, 619 warrants were exercised, followed by 50 warrants on June 9 and 221 warrants on June 15.

Additionally, 495 warrants were exercised on June 17, and 153 warrants on June 22. Notably, 5,000 self-held shares were transferred on June 24. Regarding adherence to exercise restrictions based on listing regulations, the combined number of deliveries was 158,800, while the outstanding share count at issuance was 34,666,419. The exercise ratio remained within the permissible limits set forth by regulation, standing at 0.45% as of November 20, 2025.
