CAVE Interactive Appoints New Directors and Auditors for Upcoming Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Cave Interactive CO.,LTD. (3760.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of four non-auditor directors and three auditor directors at its upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 27, 2026.

The proposed non-auditor directors include: - Yoshinari Natsuko, reappointed as Director and Chairman of the Board; - Takahashi Yukihito, reappointed as President and CEO; - Ito Hiroaki, reappointed as CFO; - Okamoto Yoshiki, reappointed as Director. The proposed auditor directors are: - Takekura Shigezuki, reappointed as Director and Auditor; - Tsuda Satoshi, newly appointed as Director and Auditor; - Nakamura Keisuke, newly appointed as Director and Auditor.

The appointments will take effect upon approval at the shareholders meeting followed by confirmation at the subsequent board meeting.
