TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Careerlink CO.,LTD. (5607.NG) announced changes to its board and executive leadership team effective June 25, 2026, following approval at its 97th annual general meeting held earlier today.
At the subsequent board meeting, the company appointed Masao Takeyama as Chairman and CEO, while Yoshihisa Takeyama remains as President and COO. Other newly appointed directors include Koichi Hatayama, Hideki Nomura, Fumio Hoshi, Hirotaka Kamibara, Takuya Moriyasu, Seiji Onoda, Katsuyuki Maeda, and Kenji Maeda. In addition, several executives received promotions and reassignments.
Yoshio Kato was promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing sales operations and strategic planning, while Koichiro Miyawaki took on additional responsibilities in management oversight and strategic planning support. Minoru Arakawa was named General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Information Technology, and Naoki Iida became General Manager of Suzhou Central Forged Products Co., Ltd. Notably, Tsukasa Arai was appointed as Casting Department Director, and Koji Fujiwara stepped down as Senior Executive Vice President.
