Care Service Announces Board and Audit Committee Changes

TOKYO, May 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Care Service CO.,LTD. (2425.T) has resolved to make changes to its board of directors and audit committee during today's board meeting.

Formal approval is expected at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026. In the upcoming changes, Fukuhara Hanabi will join the board as a director, replacing her previous role as executive vice president.

Meanwhile, Fukuhara Toshi-o will step down as chairman of the board upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting and will take up the position of honorary chairman. Regarding the audit committee, Nitta Yuka will be appointed as an auditor, while Abe Hiroshi will retire from his role as an auditor but continue as an executive officer.
