Canox Sets Official Move Date for Headquarters and Nagoya Branch Office

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – CANOX CORPORATION (8076.NG) announced today that its board of directors has officially set the relocation date for its headquarters and Nagoya branch office to September 24, 2026. The move was previously scheduled for September 2026 but has now been finalized.

The new location will be at Kirix Marunouchi Building, 17-19 Marunouchi 1-chome, Naka Ward, Nagoya City, with the headquarters occupying the seventh floor and the Nagoya branch office on the sixth floor. In addition, the company plans to update its registered head office address from Nakanishiya 1-chome 1-12, Nishiki Ward, Nagoya City, to the new address.

However, the statutory head office location within the city of Nagoya will remain unchanged. Regarding the impact on performance, CANOX expects the relocation to have a minor effect on its fiscal year ending March 2027.
