Candeal Reports Second Quarter Revenue Growth Amid Strong Demand Across Segments
TOKYO, May 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Candeal CO.,LTD. (1446.T) reported strong revenue growth in its fiscal year 2026 second quarter, achieving revenues of 200 billion yen.
Key segments such as repair services, residential environment services, commercial environment services, and materials sales all contributed positively to the overall performance. In the repair services division, revenue increased by 98 million yen compared to the same period last year, driven by price hikes and improved operational efficiency. Residential environment services saw a significant boost of 1.42 billion yen due to higher demand for pre-delivery inspections and regular maintenance checks. Commercial environment services also performed well, contributing an additional 2.72 billion yen to the total revenue. Materials sales, although recovering from a decline in the first quarter, showed improvement with a rise of 590 million yen.
Overall, the company's gross profit margin improved across all major service categories, leading to a substantial increase in operating income. Looking ahead, CANDEAL expects continued robust demand in the residential and commercial sectors, but acknowledges potential risks stemming from ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Despite these uncertainties, the company remains optimistic about meeting its annual targets through strategic investments in human resources and operational improvements. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, CANDEAL forecasts revenues of 247 billion yen, with projected increases in operating income and net profits. The company plans to focus on value-added services and cost management to sustain profitability amid rising costs and competitive pressures.
